The following cancellation policies apply to reservations made at our properties. We recommend that you carefully review them before confirming your booking.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: To receive a full refund, the cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking, provided that there are more than 5 days before the arrival date.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy for Long Stays
This policy applies to reservations of 28 nights or more.

Full Refund: To receive a full refund, the cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 32 days before the arrival date.
Partial Refund (50%): To receive a partial refund, the cancellation must be made more than 15 days before the arrival date, and 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
Non-Refundable: After this period, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. Any cancellation beyond this period will be subject to the specific conditions agreed upon in the reservation.

3. Exceptions for Special Circumstances
We reserve the right to make exceptions to these policies in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as:

Natural disasters
Social conflicts or unrest
Travel restrictions imposed by local or international authorities
Issues with tourism infrastructure or any inconvenience related to service provision by third parties
In these cases, we will assess the situation and offer a solution that best meets the guest's needs. This may include rescheduling, credit for a future stay, or a partial refund, depending on what is feasible at the time, aiming for a solution that benefits both parties.

4. Reservation Modifications
Any modification to the stay dates will be subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days prior to the original arrival date, provided the reservation allows for such modifications. If the reservation was made on the same day or with fewer days of notice, we reserve the right to deny modifications. The above cancellation policies will continue to apply based on the new reservation period. Modifications will be subject to the availability of the property.
